From the onset Elton was very attentive we only communicated with him on work and issues etc. On completeness after full payment we had issues with the finish and overall standard of completed works. Elton was aware he would return and either glue things or tell us it’s meant to be like that. As time passed it was clear this was a sub standard job particularly the flooring. I have given him the opportunity to fix it I have been left with uneven floor and a leaking radiator. Which Elton has advised is our fault despite him buying all the materials he needed.

BLT are really exceptional builders. They work incredibly hard and do what they say they are going to do with pride and commitment. Elton communicates at every stage of the job so you feel really part of decisions. He alerts one to problems and solves them in a way you are happy with at all times. I cannot thank Elton, Medi, Nick and Quasem for everything they have done for us. We were lucky to find them.

Elton is extremely knowledgeable, providing a lot of helpful advice and suggestions throughout the project on the quoted job as well as on other plans we discussed with him. He was also very responsive via text/call which helped our understanding and moved the project along. Elton and his team always arrived when they promised and worked quickly and efficiently, even finishing our job one week ahead of schedule. We had a few snags with our project and Elton was quick to resolve these to our satisfaction. Overall, the bathroom and kitchen look great and I'd happily recommend his team.

BTL Housings constructed a new rear house extension and it was done with care, precisions and within budget. We would highly recommend as a contractor.

BTL carried works at my property in Welling. All floors were removed throughout the house with new system of Underfloor Heating was installed. All subbies were very well managed and highly recommend as they are top notch.
