Brett impressed from first contact. He replied promptly to communications, visited to discuss and assess the work required and provided a prompt competitive quote. Together with his colleague Rhys, they turned up on time and did a very professional job, installing loft boarding, a replacement loft hatch and new ladder. Brett was kind enough to give us a quote quickly, and start work within the week, which we really appreciated. Brett was extremely professional and efficient, we are so pleased with how our attic looks (we had boarding and a new timber loft hatch with ladder)!
