Ben was excellent throughout. We trusted him and his workers. He is a local tradesman with a good name and was very tidy, efficient, and well priced. He explained the works throughout and saved us money where he could being descriptive. He arranged a few extras at a face value price. I would use Ben again in a heartbeat and we were happy giving him our keys and him getting on with the job. He even made sure our cats didn't escape and let them out a few times. Very happy with the works, loft conversion master bedroom with ensuite and new staircase. Extra trades used were excellent aswell thanks.
