Wayne and his workmate turned up on time and after confirmation of my requirements they went to work. They removed the old storage heater and as no manufacturer could supply one of the required depth we had to switch to a panel heater. This required some re-wiring as it needed a 24 hour supply and not the Economy7 used by the old heater. They did a good job of this and they cleaned up when they had finished. Wayne then explained to me how to configure the panel heater and he wasn't happy until I fully understood how it worked. Yes, a great job.

Wayne was very prompt in everything he did from communicating to job completion. Wayne and his workmate turned up on time and finished the work efficiently and tidily, cleaning up before they left. It wasn't just a simple replacement as it involved some re-wiring. He carefully explained how the new heater worked and how to operate the controls. Overall very impressed.

Wayne came promptly and on time to provide his estimate. He was meticulous in assessing the work required . Afterwards he provided sensible options. When due to start the work he turned up early and on time. I would rate the standard of his work as "exceptional" with attention to detail. I thought his fees were very reasonable and his invoice matched his estimate with no extras or surprises. I have no hesitation recommending him and his assistant Steve. I've already lined up more work for him as tradesmen like him are hard to find!
