    Ben was excellent. He responded quickly by telephone gave me a quotation and attended the same day. He subsequently checked our washing machine and left no stone unturned in trying to resuscitate the 23 year old machine before declaring it beyond repair. He subsequently returned to instal a new machine and again did and excellent job. We shall have no hesitation in contacting him again for any appliance problems. Excellent service - above and beyond. Would highly recommend Ben
