  Rats

  I had rats in the roof space of my house and garage. Lee diagnosed the problem very quickly and took measures to both prevent further ingress and successfully eradicate the rats. He provided a reliable and professional service in a very pleasant manner.

  investigating pest activity in house

  Lee called soon after I submitted a job request regarding investigating rodent activity in my house as I noticed probable bite marks on dishwasher hose in my kitchen. Lee came the next day, looked for signs of activity all round house and outside including loft and checked for possible entry points. He concluded a single rat had come in and he then lay bait for it. He came back on 2 further occasions to check and removed bait after 2 weeks as it appears the rat has not come back. Great comms, friendly and knowledgeable.

  Could not have asked for a better experience from Lee. Speedy replies, honest and open about costs and what needed doing, and he came the next day and sorted out our issues. Would 10/10 recommend.

  I had a rat problem. Not sure how many burn they had gotten into the walls of my house and loft.

  The first visit we found the entry point and where they were nesting. A full inspection found no further evidence around kitchen or bathroom areas. Poison was put down and within two days there was no evidence or sounds of any rats. Two more visits were made to ensure no further activity. Communication for visits was always good and although some visits had to be rearranged he always kept his word and turned up on time. Very reliable.
