Very helpful & considerate, with a prompt response.

We just brought a house, on the day of completion we realised that we had a rat infestation, they sounded huge! We contacted Mo who attended the same day, he was very discreet, and guaranteed that he would be able to eradicate the rats. Mo was very dedicated - he ended up visiting four times and on the final visit he confirmed that the rats were gone and fitted a valve (with guarantee). Mo was always available; we sent regular pictures via whatsapp of the treatment/ poison which enabled him to monitor the issue. I would 100% recommend this service

Before carrying out the work, Mo was very prompt in replying (bearing in mind it was a Sunday!) and made plans to help us the following day. On the Monday, Mo sent a courtesy text saying he would be running slightly later than expected, which I appreciated. Once he arrived, he was friendly and professional. He explained the process and was clearly knowledgeable about wasp behaviour. He carried out the wasp nest removal and explained the time in which we could expect the treatment to work. He said if there was still any activity the following morning to let him know - all gone! Thanks Mo! :)

Had a large ant infestation indoors within my kitchen and adjoining room. Having tried ant powder and other commercially bough baits, the ants just weren't going anywhere. Called BugWise Pest and spoke with Mo. He made 3 visits in total as there was a major infestation. Initially laying baits, then fumigation and lastly bait again (both inside and outside), as the ants seemed to be coming from outside after the fumigation. Its been 3 days now and glad to say no sights of ants inside. Mo was a friendly, informative and pleasant guy to deal with. I would certainly recommend BugWise.
