  Build a two story conversion

  I am super pleased with our conversion. Nick came out ,priced the job, which was what we were expecting, we drew up plans and started work. Although it was quite involved, deep footings and other tricky requirements the build went smoothly, with great communication, and problem solving. They were extremely professional and tidy in their work. Its given our tired old house a new lease of life, I love our new open plan ,full of light kitchen, couldn't be happier

  2 storey extension

  On time, in budget and attention to detail. If you looking for a builder who is solution driven and thinks outside the box, Nick and his team are team willing to go that extra mile to get the Job done. Our period home was totally renovated and extension built, we wanted a builder who could extend sympathetically so in keeping with the original house, and this exactly what we got. Could not fault in anyway, tidied up every day and very good a communication.

  Kitchen & Utility

  Nick & team completely transformed our kitchen and utility area, removing the existing kitchen and utility, removing an internal wall, levelling floors, plastering throughout, installing new insulation, power sockets and the new kitchen (including a custom unit area in a challenging corner area). Nick also suggested some improvements and ideas during the process that were much appreciated. Throughout the process communication was excellent and Nick and his team were polite, efficient and highly skilled. Very happy with the finished product and would highly recommend Buildana.

  Ground Floor Renovation, New Kitchen and Bathroom

  We had an incredibly positive experience with Buildana! We got in contact to request a downstairs renovation including removal of internal walls and fitting a new kitchen. They fit us in extremely quickly for a very good price. We had a deadline which they worked very hard to accommodate, even when some previously existing plumbing issues were found and we asked them to squeeze in fitting a new bathroom too! When they discovered our structural engineer's plans were incorrect, the full cost of materials and labour for the unneeded beam was removed. Every team member was friendly and respectful.

  Remove and replace ceiling. Fix remaining plasterwork

  We hired Buildana to tear down 100m2 or so of ceiling and remove insulation from the void, then after we'd cleared up mould issues, they refixed the plasterboard on the ceiling, and installed plasterboard around pocket doors and a sauna door. The team were good at fixing underlying issues with the building, such as wonky walls and ceilings in addition to providing a good skim. Plastering is always a messy job, but the cleaned up at the end of each day. Buildana were able to fit us in around other jobs, which meant we finished ahead of schedule. Good comms around when they were onsite
