I recently hired Build & Improve Ltd to install a wooden pergola with pitched feather-board roof; this is the 2nd job I’ve used them for after they installed 2 garden patios for me in 2024. These days it’s increasingly rare to find people you trust and genuinely like; but Rueben and Brad are superstars and genuinely care about their trade. They were fantastic working in some really hot conditions; they were swift; they were precise, and they are genuinely nice guys whom I trust completely to do any future builds…and the end result was exceptional! I highly recommend Build & Improve Ltd

Neat installation of vented hot water tank and then build wooden shelving above tank for storage. All works perfectly.

This is a Victorian first floor converted flat, with historic movement. The works consisted of removing the existing bathroom and kitchen, taking up the floors in both rooms, levelling the entire area, installing brand new timber floors and joist work and then creating a new bathroom and kitchen. These works could have been so stressful if it had not been for the expertise of Reuben and his team. Unforeseen problems that became apparent during the build were immediately communicated and skillfully managed, resulting in an amazing project well executed and completed to a high standard.

We had a new bathroom suit. Which we are very pleased with. Ruben and his staff where all very polite. And cleaned up every evening before they left. And the end result. Is top class.

I cannot fault Build and Improve. Quality of work excellent. The work was completed on time. Reuben, Bradley and Ashleigh (in the office) were a pleasure to deal with. Very pleased with the result and would definitely use them again.
