  Complete refurbishment / remodelling of existing ground floor together with an additional first floor extension.

  Build Developments (Lee Wane and his team) did a fantastic job undertaking our project. The works took 6 months which was the time scale Lee advised at the outset. He quoted a very competitive price. When the project was complete we had only paid what Lee had quoted, no hidden extras. Lee and his team did an absolutely brilliant job on our property and were professional throughout. We would definitely recommend Build Developments to anyone considering them to undertake similar work. We are over the moon and have received so many compliments about our property. Thanks Lee!

  Structural walls removed

  Would highly recommend lee and his team for any household renovations they were exceptional and over delivered on my expectations. All the tradesman were highly skilled and courteous. They updated us every step of the way and offered us expert advise which we would never have thought of. Thankyou lee and team you were fantastic

  No work carried out

  He chose both the date and time to assess and quote for a large job, knowing that I'd have to travel and arrange an appointment with an estate agent. Not only did he not turn up but I had to ring him to find that he supposedly was running late on a previous job, and obviously was too busy to even call me. Wasted some 3 hours of my time.

  Garage and utility room rebuild

  Lee accepted a fairly major job at relatively short notice with a deadline for end of Sept. Weather pushed the deadline on a little but the build was finished to a good standard and Lee was helpful in keeping the job within budget. The tradesman were friendly, diligent and patient with me asking a myriad of questions and some last minute fine tuning. Communication was good throughout. I would have no hesitation in recommending Build developments to any prospective customers. Job well done.

  Kitchen extension and complete refurbishment

  Build Developments Ltd was recommended to us and we were not disappointed. From the beginning to the end of the build we were kept informed of progress by phone and photographs. This was important to us as we did not live locally and could not visit the site regularly. Lee was always available by phone and on site when we visited. Any unforeseen complications dealt with cheerfully and efficiently. The high standard of work has been commented on by visitors and we are really pleased with the finished product. We would not hesitate to recommend Lee and will certainly use his company again.

  New extension

  First class service and workmanship. The builders, joiners, plumbers, plasterers were friendly and pleasant people to have around. We were kept up to date of progress every step of the way. Nothing was too much trouble. Different options were discussed with us and best solutions sourced. I would recommend Build developments for all aspects of building work. Great work thank you ??
