  Loft Boarding and Wall Rendering

We had our loft boarded and front wall repaired and rendered earlier this year. From start to finish Stefan was extremely professional, listened to our ideas, worked to within our budget and went the extra mile to get the jobs finished to agreed deadline. As for the work itself, we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Our neighbours have commented and asked for Stefan’s contact details. We highly recommend!

  Excellent Builder

Stefan built our porch extension from start to finish and completed the build within the 3 weeks he promised from the very beginning, which was fantastic. He is extremely professional, skilled, reliable and polite. He has such a wide range of skills and was able to take care of so many different aspects of the project himself, always offering practical and realistic solutions. He also redecorated the porch interior, installed our brass herringbone flooring, the stairs, and finished everything to a very high standard His prices are very reasonable and

Good Builder and Electrician and Fine Work

Stefan’s works for us include:- 1. Laying new boards at Loft 2. A new kitchen 3. A new bathroom 4. Replacing woodworm damaged heavy floor joists in the bathroom 5. Install new Combi-Boiler system together with new radiators. 6. Replace windows and doors with double glazed 7. A new Porch 8. Check and rectify electrical system. All works are completed, good quality. We are extremely happy with the works. Stefan is a very friendly and hardworking builder and electrician. His associated plumber Giani is also very good. The tireless wonder

It is not coincidence Stefan is getting good reviews. If you want quality work fast without controversy he is your man. His work ethic is second to none - he has done a few 12 hour days with us redecorating our lounge after removal of the fireplace with outstanding results.

  Garden Rebuild/Landscape

Building Finesse completely transformed our garden, including constructing a fantastic garden room that we now use as a gym. From start to finish, they were reliable, hardworking, and clearly took great pride in their work. Their attention to detail was excellent, and the ideas they suggested really helped bring the whole project together. The quality of workmanship is outstanding, and it’s clear they genuinely care about delivering a top-class finish. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Building Finesse, The photos truly speak for themselves!
