Monika Ryan became an architectural technician and architectural designer in 2001, she has joined an experienced architectural designer Graham Ross and they worked on projects providing high quality service. Monika is now running successful architectural practice Building Plan Design Ltd.
 
We provide architectural and building plans and local authority approvals for your project. We have a wealth of experience of working on both small domestic schemes and big industrial projects. Experienced in all aspects of building industry and providing detailed digital plans our strength is in both preparing and producing projects for Planning and Building regulations approvals..
 
Monika will discuss the project and site visit your property following by survey and prepare all the drawings and undertakes digital planning submissions via Planning Portal, following submission of every Planning Application, she liaise with the local Planning Officer and pursue each Planning Application until receipt of a favourable Planning Consent granted.
 
We work on any size for single and double extensions, new build, change of use, refurbishments, flat, loft and garage conversions, listed and historic buildings renovations also building design in conservation and natural beauty areas, advertisements and licencing, shop and office, school applications.
 
We than develop Planning drawings into Building Regulations Full plans drawings for Building Control and builders- contractors to work from high quality passed building plans.
 
When required, we consult and liaise with specialists: including Planning Consultants, Structural Engineers, Thermal Consultants, Chartered land Surveyors. Monika also works closely with Local Authorities in order to ensure efficiency and to keep abreast of local planning policies and legislations.
 
 
We regularly attend local Planning Agents Forums and Local Authority Building Control workshops across Sussex.
