We had a full side-return and downstairs renovation and upstairs re-decoration, with new bathrooms throughout. Throughout the renovation, Alush and his team were brilliant. Always responsive, honest and reasonable. Whilst it took slightly longer than first planned, this was because the house served up issues we hadn't factored in, but Alush's team worked round the clock to get everything done as quickly and efficiently as possible, whilst ensuring the build and decoration was done to the highest standard. The final spec is of a really high standard, and we're super happy.

Alush and his team worked hard every day to get our job completed in the time agreed, and on budget. They threw themselves into our project, working long days and even weekends, giving us confidence in their commitment to the job. The standard of their work is very high and Alush was creative, coming up with solutions to perfect the end result. Not only are they a group of nice and friendly people, they tidied up every day before they left so the house still felt somewhat like a home as well as a building site! We are delighted with the work, the extension is better than we had hoped.

Alush and his team are brilliant. We could not be happier with the job they have done. They completed both rooms to an extremely high standard in just 4 weeks, despite having to strip back to the brickwork and replace the unstable floor in the kitchen. The quality of their workmanship is first class. They have excellent attention to detail and do not cut corners. This is why we had feedback from neighbours that work they did several years ago on their house has remained high spec. Finally they are hard working, polite and trustworthy people. We will have Alush back for any work in future.

Fantastic job. Alush and his team removed our old kitchen and fitted a new Howdens one. This involved a lot of work - a new floor and ceiling, new insulation, re-routing plumbing and electrics, a big new kitchen window and exterior door, adding a steel. Plus they did some excellent unexpected drainage work, and some exterior remedial work - taking off the external wall's scree and replacing it. They were neat, tidy, on time, helpful and respectful throughout. Highly recommended.

We recently undertook our first significant home renovation with the team at Building Plus and couldn't really have asked for a better team and output. The inevitable problems that emerged as we progressed were easily and quickly resolved. Whilst there were extra costs for this, the team at Building Plus still delivered the work on time. They were always on hand to answer questions, were patient when we didn't have immediate answers, and were always striving to find the best solution to issues and questions, not the easiest or quickest. We'd recommend the team in a heartbeat.
