Kris was very responsive, attending the following morning after logging a call at 8pm the night before. He arrived on time, knew the job and explained potential solutions to me. He had plenty of opportunity to increase the scope of works but assured me this was not necessary and we should monitor and revisit if required. A refreshing experience that proved great value for money

He is a star. Versatile and Imaginative and direct. If a job is impossible he says so and offers a solution. If he thinks a repair or adaptation will work as well as a major replacement he says so and does the job.

The roofing work was good, but I felt the pricing was a little higher than expected. It was a decent experience, but there was a lack of follow-up after the job was completed. Still, the roof looks great, and I haven’t had any issues with leaks or damage since the installation

Kris was very helpful in fixing the electrical circuts efficiently. He provided an explanation and offered to come back if problems persisted. Would recommend.

I hired this company to install seven smoke alarms. They screwed on the new tops of the smoke alarms to existing bases on the ceiling, which were old, dirty and covered in paint. I was charged £468 in total on site and when I asked them to return and complete the job (ie. install the bases too), I was told it would cost an additional £240 + VAT. They cut corners and are slow to respond. They only returned to install the bases after I complained via email officially. I wouldn't trust them with my electrics, let alone a construction project! Would not recommend.
