Exceeded my expectations, absolutely trustworthy and spot-on with her work. Very thorough and accurate with the best efficiency. Her payment installments are very convenient. Very well organised and structured. The best builder in the market. I would save her number for future jobs and projects. Very pleasant and easy to communicate with and also quites were easy to understand and any changes discussed were considered and done very efficiently. Highly recommended to anyone as her in-depth knowledge means no jobs too big or too difficult for her.

The work carried out was excellent. The communication was perfect throughout the build and all parties were very polite. We added elements to the build as we went through but these were accommodated and I expect this to happen on most building projects. Working closely with Phil, he was able to manage the project, suggest solutions to any issues and quickly resolve. As a result all building elements were kept to a schedule, even with a large amount of rain at the beginning of the build. The site was kept as tidy as you could when undertaking a job of this size. Philip built us a loft extension and then also refurbished an apartment from top to bottom that needed complete modernisation. His building work is very high standard and he and all his team are very friendly, hard working and considerate to neighbours. On both projects Philip was always willing to discuss different options and accommodate changes along the way. We would highly recommend him.

We couldn’t recommend Phil highly enough. He came to our house on a number of occasions prior to works starting to discuss the job and understand exactly what we were after. He always turned up on time. He was respectful and courteous. He happily worked around us (we remained living in the house during the works and had a young baby). Phil was very accommodating. Any issues on the job were immediately raised with us and solutions talked through. We were delighted with the finished product. Phil continued to come back to resolve any snagging issues without any additions cost.
