Craig and his team have been fantastic from start to finish. We are very pleased with work completed and will definitely call upon Craig again for any future work. Craig and his team were first class from the initial quote to the completion of the job. He came up with suggestions that we hadn’t thought of which made the rooms so much better. Had a slight problem with a door and he came back to sort it straight away. Very happy with all aspects of pricing and workmanship. I would highly recommend Buildlec Ltd .

Everything seems ok apart from he layered my floor and it is full of holes. He said they were air bubbles and would come do it again but he has not. So the floor looks bad. I was told work would be 3 days but took 11 as plasterer could not come until the 7 day. He filled my blue recycle bin with rubbish the bin men won't take. He was paid the morning he latexed my floor before it had dried. I got home to find it full of holes. His customer care was appalling abusive and bad language. He had personal issues which I said ok but he just rang me up and shouted and swore at me. He has not completed.

Craig was a model tradesman. The quote (which I'd requested in the evening) was provided within 24 hours, and was by far the most reasonable we received. He turned up on the day he said he would, did the job, left the site completely tidy, and was polite and courteous throughout the whole thing. Honestly, I couldn't have asked for a better service. Thank you for the excellent work!

Called the electrician to come to the house and he arrived within the time stated. He found the problem and electricity was back on again.

Buildlec have built us 2 x new houses on a plot of land we purchased to a very high standard they project managed the job from start to finish very effectively including block /brickwork, electrics, plastering and kitchen installation. We highly recommend this company and would not think twice about using them again.
