Les was really friendly and carried out the job quickly replacing two wall lights. Communication was easy. 100% recommend and will use him as my first call in the future.

I don't usually do reviews but... I am so pleased with the results and the process of working with Les and his team. Our hallway is transformed and various associated work is completed. I felt very comfortable with everyone who carried out the work and impressed with how Les coordinated everything, communicated well, and made things easy for us. Build Maintain created a beautiful, architecturally designed extension to my property. Workmanship was of a high standard, they co-ordinated with craftsman to finish the project. Les and Adam are highly professional, they worked hard to communicate with neighbours when noise may pose a problem. They have followed up my project with any questions I had. They were a pleasure to have working on site for an extended period of time. I highly recommend them.

My fuse box needed changing. Les replaced it and informed me how to use it and made me feel confident that I could use it myself. He cleared up the mess. I would definitely use Les again for and electric work in my house.
