  Trustworthy and great communication

  Lutfi did a great job repairing my garage. He kept in contact throughout the whole process, and had great patience with long delays from the insurers before the works could commence. He was very clear about how the works would be done, and did them to a high standard. I trusted him to get the job done properly, and would use him again. Thank you Lutfi.

  Professional, courteous, and not afraid of a challenge!

  Build Mode took on challenging drilling job, which other contractors had turned down, helping to route some fibre-optic cable in our block of flats. The team were professional and courteous throughout, and gave particular consideration to the fact that the work was taking place in communal areas. We would have no hesitation in recommending Build Mode, and we would gladly use them again.

  Replacement flooring in the bathroom and kitchen

  I needed my bathroom and kitchen flooring replacing due to the wood rotting due to water exposure. Lutfi quickly replied to my query and came to visit me within 24 hours to look at the job. He really impressed me with his knowledge and ideas from the outset and he quickly provided me with a quote. He arranged a day and time to suit my work schedule and from start to finish, Lutfi and his team were informative at every stage of the job. During the job, they found a small leak in my toilet and fixed it. Really pleased with the job. Highly recommended.
