Arrived on time on the day agreed. Was courteous and helpful every step of the way. Kept us updated on progress. Left site clean and tidy on completion within timescale. Invoice was as quotation. Absolutely delighted with the workmanship, knowledge and skill of the builder.

Dan is an excellent builder but after using him for refurbishing our house and recommending him to others, we are left disappointed. He was on time, clean and did the jobs well but as we got to the end of our refurbishment he disappeared. We asked for almost 2 months for the final work to be done and did not receive a reply - finally we got one and he is busy until mid November. The last work he did in our bedroom was not his usual standard. We paid his bills by return and we hope we always made him feel welcome. Beyond disappointed that Dan has let us down,

Highly recommended, the team at Build out completely transformed my garden into a modern, safe and enjoyable family space. Design to delivery, everything was looked after with high quality locally sourced materials. The team were tidy, friendly and took pride in delivering to a high standard (nothing was too much even through some tricky weather conditions). Super happy with the transformation, giving us the additional space for our home we can enjoy all year round - thank you Build out for delivering the project to plan!

Fantastic service start to finish. Installed an external garden/office room for us with all associated works (electrical, groundwork). Excellent communication and always on time, would use again for any further ventures
