  Great communication from beginning to end with Shane and Te. Everything thought thru and talked thru. No surprises. Went out of their way to provide customer satisfaction. Quality of advice and workmanship great. The workman Sam and Jake were very easy to get along with - professional, courteous, respectful, attention to detail and tidy. A good experience. Highly recommend them.

  Fixed leaky roof refashion skylight

  Te was very detailed, explained how and what needs to be done and suggested workarounds to save cost. But also did work of a very high quality. Place was left very clean. Trustworthy and reliable ????

  Shower tray and Japanese WC installation

  In order to make my bathroom more accessible - I needed re-installation of shower tray at a lower height as well as replace my WC with Japanese WC. Quite happy with the quality of service from Dave and Te at BulidSolv. Their builder Shane helped to come up with a very good solution to lower the height of the shower tray. Quality of work was very good and they always left the place clean and tidy.

  My flat with a sitting tenant needed a new shower cubicle installed.

  The job could not have gone better, Quick efficient and careful. They delivered a lovely new shower cubicle in record time. Nice design, lovely finish and my tenant is delighted.
