I'm sorry to hear this happened. I take great pride in my work and have completed many TV wall mount installations over the years working as a technician without issue (as seen in my other reviews.) I also have a full video recording of this installation, which shows the correct fixing methods and procedures were followed. Based on this, I do not believe the installation was carried out incorrectly. I would have welcomed the opportunity to inspect the installation and establish the cause before conclusions were made. I remain happy to discuss this further and work towards a fair resolution.
