  Replace decking and fence panel

  Used BTRS Ltd to replace decking and garden fence panels. They were exceptionally professional, polite and have done a fantastic job. From the initial call they were able to visit within a couple of days, giving a very competitive price and arranged to have the job done within the next couple of weeks. They have even tidied up after themselves so I would highly recommend.

  Shed

  I have had loads of work done by BTR, all fulfilled to the highest standard and always within the agreed time frame. First a bespoke shed, incorporating several personalised features requested by me - a specified size to fit and existing base, shelving, window, partially glazed roof, potting bench and external covered porch area. Other jobs include compartmented compost bins, raised beds and a green house with water butts. BTR is highly professional, but they also offer a very personalised service and after service. I feel very lucky to discover them - I can't recommend them too highly.

  Replace five fence panels, build large planter with wood railway sleeper. Remove garden waste

  Very professional service with care and consideration of the garden and house when completing the work. The team were efficient and hardworking to get the jog done in one day with very little disruption. We were extremely happy with the build of the planter and replaced fence panels. We were also given great advice on how to care for the new plants. I would highly recommend BTR.

  Installed new decking and sleepers in my Walthamstow garden.

  Really happy with this efficient and tidy work by Nick and his team. Before the work we had a good chat about what was required, including some indecisiveness from me and my wife, Nick quoted clearly, was easy to communicate with and his team were efficient and tidy workers. They replanted plants that needed moving, installed decking with no fuss or mess and left us with a vastly improved back garden perfect for relaxing in. I am very happy with the work and would recommend BTR wholeheartedly.

  Garden overhaul

  A professional experience from start to finish. Management communicate dwell from start to finish, workers were experienced and dedicated. Good knowledge of sleeper, flower bed systems and laying grass and laying down paving stones and building rendering.

  Paving front of house

  These guys really do know how to provide excellent courteous professional service and to the highest possible standard. I heard about them through a friend in the neighbouring street who said she had never experienced such a standard of professionalism in her life. I was not disappointed. They really won't stop until you are 100% happy and the service is second to none. Really if you thought the days of A1 service were in the distant past book these guys to do your work and your faith in humanity will be restored. I really cannot praise them enough and wouldn't hesitate to use again.
