After being told that a plumber would be available to do the job, I sent further information, including photographs, and was told that someone would get back to me with a quote. After two days of no contact I emailed them and was given a wet excuse why they couldn't do it (which totally contradicted what I'd been told originally). It seems that tradesmen who just can't be bothered to do jobs that are too small or not lucrative enough. Even worse, they think it's okay to not tell customers what they're doing, causing delays, inconvenience and sometimes stress.

Good service, but trustworthy builders, happy with the work. Reliable building company, happy to recommend and would use again for future work

Really happy with the service from these guys called the office to advise I couldn’t get no heat or hot water! They sent there engineer later that day and got my boiler working

Had my gas safety with Andrew he was so nice really informative! And also the office staff when booking and making payment was really friendly! Would definitely recommend

I was very apprehensive about having the work done because of the upheaval I thought it would cause. However, the job was well planned, came in on budget and was completed on time. The workmanship is excellent and I’m very pleased with the end result. I was also impressed with the quotation and 3D drawings that were provided at the start. It helped me to visualise what my new kitchen and bathroom would look like so I wasn’t nervous about whether I’d chosen the right tiles or the correct cupboard doors. I definitely recommend BTL Construction.
