Really dissatisfied with their after sales and customer service. Just had to pay £129 call out fee !! (Which they did not warn me of the cost beforehand!). Just to tell me that their door mechanism was faulty and was not covered by their guarantee (unit bought May’22).

Very pleased with our electric roller garage doors. They look lovely, easy to use and are a very good match to our existing windows and doors. Lovely team that installed the garage doors and left the area tidy. Thank you.
