I called Bumblebee Plumbing & Heating Ltd to fit some new radiators and service our fire and boiler. I got a call back the same day to review the job. They took the time to ask questions about the job, offered a date to visit, and they were very flexible. I received an email quote the same day. When Steve turned up, he was very professional. He explained what he intended to do and ensured everything was fully installed and in working order. Absolutely great service. Great job. I would definitely recommend them to anyone based on the amazing and professional service I received.

Great work from start to finish, initially from jimmy who diagnosed the issue and secondly by Andrew who fitted the new part. Communication was superb and work was done efficiently. Would definitely recommend their maintenance package.

The service was carried out quickly and recommendations given for next steps (i.e. maintain or replace) and there was no hard sell to go with them for replacement, their options were explained and signposted to places to find more information etc....

Very professional experience. Owner did the assessment and quote and was very informative, and pragmatic, managing our expectations well. No hard sell. Understood our objectives well and ensured the quoted work could deliver this. Competitively priced also. Installers arrived when expected and were thorough in their walkthrough with us to ensure we're all on the same page. They were both polite and respectful whilst we were working from home, and they efficiently got the job done with minimal disruption. Very satisfied customers.

We have used Bumblebee for the past 3 years now since we lived in Warrington. Every time the service has been fantastic, the team explain everything before and after the service is done. They even talked through why some rooms were hotter than others and recommendations as to how to resolve this. I would highly recommend them, in fact I have and several neighbours now use them.
