We appointed Burbank Construction to knock through our existing kitchen and dining areas, to install new windows/external doors/new kitchen, and to convert the rear of our garage into a utility room. We have been delighted with the service provided by Burbank Construction and with the project outcome. Mitchell and his entire team were polite and patient, and did a good job in minimizing disruption to our household during the course of their time on site. Job location: BN3The burbank team recently completed a major renovation of our victorian property in hove. Mitchell and the team were an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the 12 months of the project and we couldn't be happier with the final result! Tom and Sam Scope of work: Internal: Strip back to bareshell, plumbing, wiring first and second fix, heating system installation, tiling, carpentry, painting and decorating, plastering, relocation of fireplace, kitchen installation..... Burbank are providing a back garden room extension and a complicated reorganisation of two upstairs room and a full downstairs renovation. Burbank has been very accommodating and considerate, working around our needs, allowing us to stay at home through most of the work. Mitchell and his team carried out building work on our 3 bedroom semidetached property adding a 4th bedroom and doubling the size of our downstairs adding two bathrooms and reconfiguring much of the downstairs layout. They also installed a new large patio area and retaining wall. For the majority of the build we lived in the house and Mitchell and his team were friendly and respectful of our home and worked around this really well.
