2 storey side extension, with garage conversion and internal renovations

Highly recommend Burbank Construction. From the very beginning Mitchell was clear with his quotation, and also gave advice on how to make the designs work better for us. The work commenced as planned and the communication from Mitchell throughout was clear and informative. He provided timelines and details of what work was happening and when. Mitchell was always on site everyday to review the work done and also answer any questions we had. His team of guys were fantastic, very punctual and polite. They always went out of their way to make us feel comfortable throughout as we were living in the property during the renovations. They provided a high standard of work and any changes we made during the process was never too much for them, always willing to work with us to create the hike we wanted. Even after the works completed, Mitchell is still very responsive to any questions we’ve had. Highly reliable team and wouldn’t hesitate to use them in the future. Highly highly recommend.

Urgent Repairs to Wall and Roof

While having my hallway plastered by another contractor they uncovered some serious issues with the brick gable end wall of my house and the timber structure of the roof which had rotted. The issue was discovered on a Friday, and Burbank were able to come in and repair the roof and wall the following Monday. The original work was then able to continue with minimal disruption.

  Single Storey Extension

We recently had a single storey extension completed by Mitchell at Burbank Construction and couldn’t recommend them more highly. From the outset, Mitchell was professional, approachable and full of great ideas. Communication was excellent throughout, and the team were reliable, respectful and tidy. The quality of the build is outstanding and has completely transformed our home. What stood out most was how smooth and stress-free the whole process felt. A brilliant experience from start to finish.

  Kitchen / Diner Extension

We engaged Burbank for the end to end construction of our 4m extension and internal structural works for a kitchen / diner, from initial demolition and build right through to final kitchen fitting, as well as a number of other smaller projects in the house running parallel. Mitch and his team were very communicative, professional, friendly and timely throughout the process and we are very pleased with the end results. We would highly recommend and use again.

  Finished an old job

Burbank Construction took on my half-finished extension when the previous builder reneged on the job. He fitted me in with his existing work and completed it to a very high standard. His workers were all efficient and friendly and kept me in touch with what was happening. I couldn't have wished for a better service. Thank you Mitchell

Fantastic building company, flexible and accommodating

A truly fantastic build carried out by Mitchell and his Team. Flexibility was acceptional, Mitchell moved his schedule around last minute to allow us to build before the weather turned. His approach was empathetic, helping wherever he could, even if no benefit to himself. Any request were acted upon allowing for a seamless experience. Always multiple tradesmen on site at once making the build go very quickly. The site was left clean and tidy. Would highly recommend burbank contruction. After months of research, we are certain we made the right decision. Extremely happy with the outcome.
