GED from Burnbright fitted my ECOFIT pure Vaillant boiler on 30th August 2019 and also a filter which a well known company said couldn’t be done. All was great, did the first 3 services within the strict Vaillant one year timescale. 2023 was a bit harder to pin him down but came on 2 Sept and did quality job. Even showed me how to top up the water to keep the pressure on. 2024 totally different story. Messed me around terribly and my warranty will be invalid. Left lots of availability 2 broken appts. Said far too busy only doing servicing on weekends. Gave availability and Ghosted me.
