The most recent job from Paul was the installation of an aco drain to resolve an issue with excess surface water that was entering the front garden my property and threatening to flood the house. Problem solved and a really tidy job at a reasonable price. Have used Paul for a number of jobs over the last 10years for work including garage to garden room conversion, Kitchen/diner knocked through, new Oak doors, new stud wall to name a few. Would definitely recommend.

Burnip Property Services have recently completed work for us, removing and installing a new kitchen and a new bathroom. Paul organised the other tradesmen involved (electricians and plasterers) and liaised with the kitchen provider. Work was carried out in a very tidy manner and to an excellent standard. We would be very happy to engage Burnip Property Services for any future work. Paul is very friendly and approachable and we have been very happy to have him and his colleagues working in our home.

I had 3 oak internal doors fitted. Paul was prompt, pleasant and efficient and cleaned up any dust/mess that was made. The work was carried out to the highest standard and I would highly recommend him

Very happy with Paul's work on my ground floor renovation project. Undertook all internal door/ironmongery fitting including conventional and pocket doors, fitted new skirting boards and architraves, new stair parts/ballustrades and newel posts, installed floating bamboo wood floor to the whole ground floor, fitted window cill and timber shelf, created half height stud wall for concealed cistern/wall hung pan and vanity/sink. Very tidy, great attention to detail and he ensured the new floor was protected from other trades after fitting. Highly recommended.
