  All aspects of Gas and Plumbing

  Have used Dan many times over a few years now in our old home and now our new home. So helpful and really knowledgeable in all aspects of gas and plumbing. Lots of brilliant advice and carries out an Extremely good service. Couldn't fault any of the work undertaken and so happy to recommend Dan and his team.

  Replacing boiler

  Dan has just fitted a brand new boiler for us. He was absolutely brilliant with great communication from enquiry through to install. He was incredibly thorough and went above and beyond at all times to ensure everything was sorted. Wholeheartedly recommend him and will definitely use him in future for any works needed. Thank you so much for such a fab job!

  Combi Boiler Stopped working no Heating or Hot water.

  I emailed Gas engineers among others but Dan was the 1st to Reply and when I explained the problem, he advised he could be with me in 10mins and so he did, Dan is friendly and explained what he was doing and is very professional, he fixed the combi Boiler and gave it a through check. I was very impressed and now we have a GAS Engineer for life. Well Dan great Job, I would recommend to all my friends and family.

  Failed to attend planned appointment.

  Booked an appointment in advance to have boiler serviced prior to Christmas and had the appointment confirmed in writing. I followed this up on the day of the appointment after the time of the appointment had passed to be advised that Daniel did not have the booking in his diary and this has affected others also and I was offered to rebook for the new year having waited 6 weeks. I had in the past (twice) had Daniel arrive late for appointments which was accepted but to not attend at all was very poor service. I will not be recommending Daniel for work due to issues of reliability.

  I feel this review is very harsh and doesn’t represent what actually happened my end. I had an issue with my desktop diary syncing with my mobile diary. I have never had an issue with time keeping with this customer before and he certainly hasn’t raised the issue with me on any occasion.
