  Replacing a kitchen sink

  My mum was so chuffed with the job that Tom did. He was punctual, friendly and tidy. The job he did had freshened up her kitchen. Will we use again? Definitely!

  3 new radiators and thermostatic valves

  My bedrooms have been very cold on wintry nights over the years! I found out that my radiators were very old, single panel, too small for the rooms with lots of sludge in them resulting in poor heating! Burnside and son were very friendly, reasonable, tidy and SUPER quick at installing 3 new radiators, and thermostatic valves especially during a a busy period (week before Christmas!) One week between first contacting them, ordering parts and installing! Very grateful for the work carried out and will absolutely request their services again! Thank you!

  Apparent leak?

  Following earlier boiler servicing, our water pressure was dropping consistently. To Tom's great credit he hung around the house while we let our heating surge, thereby boring himself but actually identifying an overflow when everything came on. He came back and fit a valve that appears to have solved the problem, as well as coming back briefly (and for free) to flick a shower switch back on that had accidentally turned off our shower. Excellent professionalism, great job .
