From getting our quote to moving out day, the friendliness and professionalism was spot on. Mark was very patient in answering every enquiry and nothing was a problem. Due to difficulties down the chain we needed to change our removal date three times and again, Mark was very understanding, and made all the necessary changes to suit our circumstances. When Rob, Pete and Danny emptied our house they took great care and equally, when we got to our new property they tirelessly trekked up to the second floor with such good humour. Thank you lads.

Top quality service! The team gave came and gave us a free quote and we’re always very helpful when handling our move in date due to it being a new build. The team turned up on time, were very friendly and a massive help. They packed our items with care and carefully move them to our new home. They had no issues with having to wait for our keys to be released also. They even put our wardrobe back up better than it was before the move! Massive help guys! Thank you so much

Burns Removals were able to respond to a very short notice request to move an elderly lady from her house to a retirement complex. They attended on the day of the enquiry to do a home visit and gave an immediate, very acceptable quote. On the day the two guys, Robby and Aaron, were punctual, hard-working, professional and friendly. Due to the design of the building and lack of lifts, they were required to carry every item up the stairs to the first floor. They remained unfailingly friendly and cheerful, despite the extra effort required and some heavy rain. Thank you very much.
