Making a live electrical cable safe
I received a prompt response to my request for help with an electrical safety concern (a live cable ending in a floorboard of the bathroom) uncovered during renovation work. After sending photos of the issue, I was provided with a quote for the work and the team's availability to do the work. The team arrived at the agreed time and completed the job professionally, making the cable safe and allowing me to continue my renovations without any costly delays.
