  Fantastic Worcester Bosch Combi Boiler fitting

  Our old boiler was replaced for a new combi unit, very high standard of work, every care was taken to remove all the old equipment and leave a very neat and tidy job. Engineer worked extremely hard, price very competitive, very polite and on time. We had a prior site visit looking in the loft, bathroom, old boiler and radiators before discussing the best solution which happened to be different to what we initially assumed so that was extremely useful. We identified a rusty radiator and a tap replacement requiring attention which was done in the price. Love the new boiler!

  Had new central heating installed in my house, and Chris was absolutely brilliant. He explained everything clearly and kept me updated throughout the job. He was punctual, friendly, tidy, and professional from start to finish. Great workmanship, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to others.

  Kitchen plumbing

  Chris has carried out the kitchen plumbing prior to our new kitchen being delivered. Got rid of a lot of unnecessary pipework and made useful recommendations/improvements. Got quickly done, fair price and to excellent work. Would book Burtons Plumbing & Heating Ltd any time again.

  Replace new kitchen tap and new flush in toilet

  Chris planned and communicated with me. He had to visit 3 times to repair the tap due to needing parts. He was very efficient and reasonably priced.

  Fixed boiler issues

  Chris, did a great job sorting out our boiler for the reasonable price agreed upfront and gave us extra information on how to improve the running of the boiler in the future. Very friendly, polite and tidy. Will definitely use again.
