  Poor workmanship

  Ben and Dan recently built an alcove unit for me. While Ben's carpentry was good, I'm extremely disappointed with the electrical work and lack of follow-up. I was charged an extra £50 for a 20mA breaker that Dan claimed was needed. However, after he left, I discovered the breaker had not been installed. I have since tried to contact him multiple times over the past week to resolve the issue, but my calls and messages have been ignored. Charging a customer for work that wasn't completed and then failing to communicate is unacceptable. I would not recommend their services.

  LED Lighting

  We recently had Bushnell Electrical Plus install LED lighting throughout our home, and the entire experience was exceptional. From start to finish, their team was professional, friendly, and incredibly diligent. Not only was the quality of their work outstanding, but they also went above and beyond in so many ways. They noticed that our smoke alarms were out of date and took the initiative to replace them with new ones.
