  End of tenancy cleaning

  Very disappointed. I had requested an end of tenancy clean with carpet shampoo and was quoted £260, which I agreed to. Having vacated the property prior to the clean, I was surprised to hear that my lettings agency had to do a further £220 clean (charged to me) with another service provider as "cleaning of limescale, fridge and general flat" was not done properly. When contacting Olga to resolve, the response was this is the level of service provided which I agreed to. Please avoid this service. Olga seems more concerned with chasing payment prematurely than delivering a reasonable product!

  Customer didn’t request full end of tenancy clean which would include deep oven cleaning, fridge freeze, internal window cleaning. This all been questioned but this was refused by customer. So this feedback not really showing that we didn’t done our job properly. Also when been asked a proof to provide from customer ( as agency paperwork of what not satisfied in cleaning) , customer didn’t provide. So I assume that this feedback been left unfairly as customer didn’t want to corporate to provide me paperwork from agency. Been in business for long time and unfortunately this kind of attitude is unacceptable . Customer just wanted to claim money back. All conversation with customer saved for companies record, where clearly saying that he refused detailed cleaning what been asked from our side. Kind regards Olga

  Busy Bee cleaners were really helpful and were easy to organise with. We had an end of tenancy deep clean and they left the house looking brand new! 5/5, would recommend to anyone in Portsmouth!

  Deep clean of the house

  It’s so hard finds reliable, trustworthy cleaners for your home, but we have been using busy be cleaning services for our deep clean of our 5 bedroom house. Their work has been excellent throughout. We are very happy for provide it. Cannot recommend them more highly.
