We had a single story side extension built which incorporated a store room, downstairs toilet, utility room and study, as well as a rear extension to the kitchen. Simon and his team were polite, helpful and tidy all the way through the project. We had one or two delays which were outside of Simon's control. He kept us informed throughout and always responded to text messages or telephone calls. Any issues were discussed and resolved. The work was completed to a good standard and we are happy with the result. We have more work to complete on the house and will be having Simon back to do this.
