Brilliant !! Brian has done the replacement of the water mains from our lead supply. Great service really easy and he knows his stuff. Showed up perfectly on time and the job ran perfectly smooth. My husband never recommends anyone but he was very impressed with the service we got. Highly recommend for anyone

Elderly customer living alone started day early to accommodate 9am booked appointment. No one arrived. Family member was alerted at 13:30 and phoned Brian Walker who said sorry and he would get someone to come later in the afternoon. This did not inspire confidence. Pointing out that it would have been helpful to have had a phone and asking if this is how he usually runs his business he said 'Get someone else Jesus! See you later bye.' He then hung up. I cannot understand how this trader receives such good reviews on your site.
