Really great experience. Very responsive to messages and gave a fair quote quickly. Came out the next day and fixed the mechanism in my window very quickly. Was very friendly and tidied up after finishing the job. I would definitely recommend and use BW glazing and locks again.

Contacted Ben about a patio door that we were having difficulty locking. He gave a quote over the phone and came out same day and resolved the issue. He did such a good job, we asked him to also look at a window that wasn't closing flush to the frame, which he also fixed. Price very reasonable too, for quick and efficient service like this.

Very quick to quote with an accurate price. Same day repair with a phone call to confirm expected arrival time. Asked for photos in advance to make sure he had the right parts and tools. Upstairs window stuck open was easy for them to solve. Explained the process before starting and completed the work promptly, leaving everything clean and tidy. He had started the job before anyone else had even offered to quote! Happy to quite for future repairs whilst on site with no pressure.
