Very polite and prompt at answering the phone. Didn’t need a call out as he got me to try something over the phone that switched my downstairs electrics back on. Excellent service!

Ian was very punctual, turned up the following morning after phoning him the evening before. He tested all the sockets and corrected the fault. Very polite and efficient, so I would thoroughly recommend him.
