  Great service from a great tradesman. Highly recommended!

  Ben was brilliant from start to finish. Great to deal with and arranged site visit quickly. Obviously really knowledgeable and didn't try to upsell, just understood what we needed and delivered on it. Went above and beyond, dealt with unexpected curveballs, and got everything finished on time, on budget, perfectly. Really highly recommend Ben!

  I recommend Ben unreservedly because of his promptness, his expertise, his thoroughness and his friendly manner. In addition to servicing our alarm, he went the extra mile and improvised a fix for something that had broken within the panel, thereby avoiding any need to replace it.

  Full new alarm installation

  I did a lot of research on local security companies before getting multiple quotes. As a retired electronics engineer myself, my standards are high! The results I found were varied, but two of the firms I tried came over well. I finally settled on BW Security Systems, with high hopes. The good news is that my expectations were exceeded - Ben provides a very high quality service, in a friendly and non-pushy manner. The quality of installation, and the care and attention to detail were fantastic. And the end result has worked flawlessly right from the start. What more could you ask for.

  Fixed issue with burglar alarm
