  Full new alarm installation

  I did a lot of research on local security companies before getting multiple quotes. As a retired electronics engineer myself, my standards are high! The results I found were varied, but two of the firms I tried came over well. I finally settled on BW Security Systems, with high hopes. The good news is that my expectations were exceeded - Ben provides a very high quality service, in a friendly and non-pushy manner. The quality of installation, and the care and attention to detail were fantastic. And the end result has worked flawlessly right from the start. What more could you ask for.

  Fixed issue with burglar alarm

  I had an issue with my Texecom Premier Elite burglar alarm. Ben arrived on time, was polite, answered all my questions and fixed the issue in good time. I recommend Ben and BW Security Systems and won't hesitate to use them again the future.

  Ben was very clear about what needed to be done. He was polite and very friendly. He took time to explain the whole process and how to use the system. He was not in a rush. Very knowledgeable. He offered to do my door bell too
