  Good professional approach

  We had a damp problem in the corner of our kitchen (April 2026). I contacted a couple of damp companies with photos, but one response was unclear and they didn’t offer to come and assess the problem. BWT responded promptly, called me and arranged a free visit to assess the issue and explain what they could do. They then arranged a date to carry out the work and did the job professionally. I’m very satisfied with their approach, communication and the work they carried out. I would happily recommend them.

  Damp Investigation

  Friendly, reasonable, efficient and thorough.

  Surveyor seemed very knowledgeable and clearly explained the problem and the remedy. Quote was reasonable, and came with lots of helpful information. BWT very kindly fitted in the work when our Tenants were on holiday. They communicated clearly whilst the work was progressing. We are very pleased with the finished job. This was the second time we used BWT South East Ltd, and we are already booking them to remedy damp problems in another flat.

  Penetrating Damp Treatment

  Very professional service

  BWT carried out damp proof work in two areas of the house. They came and did an initial survey, clearly explained the work that needed doing and supplied drawings as part of the quote. The work itself was carried out on time, and I was kept fully informed of what was going to happen and when. Everything was left clean and waste was tidied away promptly. A thoroughly professional service.

  Damp remediation in Victorian Town House

  Contracted to remedy damp work in sub basement and office. Turned up exactly on time to survey. Quote came through quickly. Work scheduled. Courtesy call the day before to confirm. Clearly this is dusty l, messy work and was carried out during heatwave. Guys did their best to minimise dust, turned up on time every day. Job done to schedule and site tidied. Very good.

  Damp treatments and advice

  BWT's surveyor Phil came to inspect the property and gave advice on several problem areas. He promptly sent a report and quote for injecting a damp proof course and replastering/tanking 2 kitchen walls. (The report also set out what external building maintenance work was necessary by builders.) Pete came to carry out the internal works over 4 days and has done a very good job. He and Phil answered all my queries before, during and after the work.
