  Bathroom fitting

  Bes took on the renovation of my bathroom, estimated to take a week. In the end I was without a bathroom for 3 weeks during a heat wave, with 2 young kids. Members of his team were unavailable or quoted more money, so I overspent. I didn't have a choice because the bathroom had already been taken out. The quality of the workmanship isn't great, the tiles aren't entirely straight etc. The whole experience was not good: I came home twice to find the back door left wide open, and also some of the power tools were left plugged in! Bes was supposed to return to fit 2 window tiles and he never did.

  The boys were very clean and not messy everything was finished on time I couldn't believe that my 4 bedroom house would look so perfect I am very happy with the guys from By Building Service

  Foyer Mosaic Tiling

  I submitted an enquiry for a mosaic tiler to come do some work on one of my sites (I'm a designer). Bes took the job assuring that he had extensive experience in mosaic. He left the site an absolute pigsty every day, his guys didn't show up a lot, there were pieces tiled wrongly that had to be corrected daily, the tiles are completely unlevel, and when I told him I didn't want him to finish the job, he threatened to smash up the tiles he'd laid . I now have to replace every single tile he laid. A truly horrendous experience.

  A new bathroom

  Bes estimated a new bathroom with everything included. He did not stick to his estimate and began to ask for expensive add ons. He said he had a team of 7 men to work- infact it was only him doing the work. Anyone he brought to the property insisted on expensive payments over and above the estimate. From 8th May the bathroom is still not finished. He broke the thermastatic valve in a shower cubicle but tiled around it so now the tiles have to be broken. He caused a serious leak turning off a megaflow cylinder and the newly painted bedroom ceiling is soaked. He left me in a mess!! Unforgivable!

  Back garden patio tiling and replacement tiles on front doorstep

  Bes and his team did a great job on our new garden patio area. Finished the whole job in one day. Very good quality work, advised us exactly what he was doing and accommodated a last minute change without any fuss. Left the area clean and tidy. Altogether a very positive experience, easy to deal with, good communication. I would happily recommend Bes to anyone.
