They were very unreliable and made a lot of excuses in order not to turn up as planned, child care, Ashton going away, holidays, Problem with the Police etc. Their job was diabolical, leaving my floor damaged and the pipeworks sticking up from the floor. They didnt connect my boiler to the electrics, failed to,provide me with a receipt for the money I gave them to buy my boiler. My boiler cannot be used now as it hasnt been comissioned. Made up a lot of fake problems in my property such as damp, dry rot etc to give themselves more jobs and also spoke badly of other tradesmen to cause tension.

Alex and a member of his team replaced the radiator in the kitchen and did a superb job. They were polite and punctual. Left everything clean and tidy. Alex was very efficient with quoting communicated well and was very helpful. I would definitely use this company again.

I was looking for a certified gas engineer to come and do a like for like gas hob change. to be honest picked C&A build because they had 5 star reviews.... when I contacted them, I got a reply near enough straight away. very good communication from start to finish, including questions I had before I booked... they booked me for next day which was convenient.. Ben came on time was such a lovely guy, well equipped, did his job with high expectations, no mess, no fuse, and issued me with a gas certificate as I requested. I would highly recommend C&A BUILD and will use myself again if needed...

Old boiler stopped working suddenly, Alex came out the next day (Thursday) to diagnose the issue and advise on best way to move forward. Full replacement was required which was booked in for the Monday. Can’t fault anything and would recommend to all.
