Excellent company, highly recommended
As a company we have worked with Cactus for many years, which speaks for itself. They are extremely professional and responsive and whenever you call them they will pick up and solve the issue, (unlike a number of other security companies out there!). They offer a wide range of options depending on budget and requirements so also provide very good value for their excellent service.Verified reviewerJob location: NW6Response from Cactus Security

My alarm panel lost connection with wifi following a router re-set.
Cactus Security is an excellent company and I could not recommend it more highly. Everyone who works there is extremely helpful in particular the brilliant engineer called Sam. He is amazingly knowledgeable and has often been able to talk me through solving problems over the phone as he did today - and he is VERY patient! Sam has frequently gone above and beyond in helping me and I am very grateful, thank you.Verified reviewerJob location: CT10Response from Cactus Security
