Leak under kitchen sink and toilet and replacement of extractor fan in ensuite shower room
Nenj from Cadi Electrics Ltd responded really quickly to my initial request on Checkatrade for a visit and a quote for the above work in a property I rent out in Coventry. He quickly made contact with the tenants and arranged to visit. After the visit he phoned me to discuss the repairs with a price that was reasonable. He carried out the repairs promptly minimising disruption to the tenants.
