  I would highly recommend Caelum Property Maintenance. Over the last few years, I have instructed them to complete a variety works from bathroom fitting to gas safety certification and general plumbing works in my properties. I have found the company and their engineers always polite, efficient and above all diligent. Their quality of work has always been impeccable and therefore have my complete trust.

  Boiler service, radiator installation and leak investigation

  Caelum Services installed my boiler a few years ago and they always remind me when my service is due, so I’m able to keep it in good working order. This time I had a couple of other jobs I also needed done, including a leak coming from my upstairs neighbour. Clear explanation of the issues and next steps.

  Johnnie and his team were first class. Arrived on time after a smooth and easy negotiation, were polite and charged me a fair price for a boiler install. Free year service as well. Would recommend highly after a string of bad experiences.
