Mr Ascione is polite and relatively competent. For the 12 month project at my property, he has done some very good work but other jobs were definitely sub-par, which was disappointing. Please be mindful of his estimates vs. Final invoices. I have had A LOT of issues regarding inflated labour costs. You need to be at the property at ALL times to account for the actual days (and hours) he has indeed worked.
