Carlos has been very pleasant to deal with from start to finish. Very nice and honest person. Very conscientious too, he takes his time to do a great job like he would do for himself in his own home. He listens and take the time to explains what and how he is going to do. If it can't be done he will explain why. He was very flexible and got the boiler replaced on time, as quoted (which was very reasonable priced). He was very tidy and left the home as he found it. He goes the extra mile when he can and is very proud of his work. I used his services in the past and will do again in the future.
