Removing old wall lights, fitting new fascias, making new plug sockets
Excellent work, tidy, neat, friendly efficient. Arrived on time, and checked after work was done to see if customer happy. Reasonable rates. Would recommend - shall be using again
We needed two difficult light fittings installing
We were let down by another electrician and needed two complex light fittings installing to complete our upstairs renovation. Once I spoke to Cal, he conducted a visit on the same day before dropping me a quote later that evening. The next day, two technicians arrived promptly in the morning and immediately knew what their plan was. They were fast, professional and overcame a couple of hurdles with the installation. This was a great service and got our renovation back on time. Will use Cal again for any future work.
Electrical safety certificate
Very disappointed. Callum convinced me to delay complete rewiring of our house - he said probably not required. He then sent an electrician to our house for EICR, and on basis of report he said the electrics could probably be made safe for £1500, so I cancelled complete rewiring. He then delayed until very close to my deadline, turned up himself, and suddenly said it would cost at least £3,104 and take almost a week. I felt exploited and lost trust in Callum - fortunately I was able to get an electrician and builder to do the entire job and safety certificate in one day for £1,500.
I asked to install two extra electrical sockets.
Dishonest company. He came in had a look of what needs doing and quoted it at £250. Job got done and he sent me a bill of more than £800.. Could not properly explain why the cost has gone up so much. Was going on about certification and trunking.. Definitely the one to avoid. If you do hire them ask for written quotation to have some evidence to go to court.
Removing existing wall lights and fitting ceiling downlighters and new wall sockets.
First class service. Came out to quote on day of enquiry, work arranged for 2 days later. Arrived on time, all work completed professionally and no mess left. Charged slightly less that original quote. Would highly recommend.
Fix urgent electrical fault and installed garden electrics to shed.
Called out as an emergency during New Year weekend, as there was a burning smell and our electrics were out. Came over quickly and got us back up and running (and safe) again straight away. Have since had some garden electrics installed by Cal and again a great service - thoroughly recommended!
