Recently had the boiler serviced, the engineer was very knowledgeable and explained everything about the process and what could happen if any problems occurred, he was polite and kept everything neat and tidy and we cannot fault him and would highly recommend his services and look forward to him coming back next time!!!

What truly impressed us was his willingness to go the extra mile, he inspected two radiators that were causing problems and taught us how to resolve the issue ourselves moving forward.
